Recent Global warming updates

Global warming is a long-term increase in the temperature of the entire planet. This warming trend has been going on for a long time, but the pace has increased significantly over the past 100 years due to the burning of fossil fuels. As the human population has increased, so has the amount of fossil fuels burned. Fossil fuels include coal, oil, and natural gas, and their combustion causes the so-called "greenhouse effect" in the Earth's atmosphere.

Recent Global warming updates

In the greenhouse effect, the sun's rays penetrate the atmosphere, but the heat cannot escape into space as it is reflected off the earth's surface. Gases produced when fossil fuels are burned prevent heat from being released into the atmosphere. These greenhouse gases are carbon dioxide, chlorofluorocarbons, water vapor, methane, and nitrous oxide. Excess heat in the atmosphere causes the Earth's average temperature to rise over time. This is also known as global warming.

Global warming is causing another problem called climate change. Although these terms are sometimes used interchangeably, they are different. Climate change refers to changes in weather conditions and growing seasons around the world. It also refers to sea level rise caused by the expansion of warmer oceans and the melting of ice sheets and glaciers. Global warming is causing climate change, posing serious threats to life on Earth in the form of widespread flooding and extreme weather events. Scientists continue to study global warming and its effects on the planet.

carbon dioxide

noun

A greenhouse fueloline produced through animals at some point of respiratory and utilized by flowers at some point of photosynthesis. Carbon dioxide is likewise a byproduct of fossil gasoline combustion.

Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC)

Noun

A compound mainly used in refrigerants and refrigerants.
